                           Have a wonderful day,.My name is Federick Fernez one of the customer who bought a CZH-T251 25W FM TRANSMITTER  last Feb. 2014
I writing you to let you know ask some help. the FM TRANSMITTER i bought from you is very good  working good for 2 years in a row.
Lately last July 23, 2016 during at night after our sign-off in our station. when we plug into the power again the P.O becomes 0..  even we try to  into 23 or 24 P.O.
theres no power or signal transmitting to our radio monitor or FM TUNER, Miss Rita whats wrong with our Transmitter? Is There any damage inside? 
Please advise us or help us, Thanks  i hoping your reply....

I just received transmitter EA154473987CN
 checked harmonics of RF OUTPUT by
spectrum analyzer HP8593E+10dB ATT.
It&aposs terrible only 38dBc&nb***@92.1MHz also  many
harmonics around main carrier.
Your specification on web page indicate harmonics -60dBc 
I disappoint to see this result.
 would like to return item  refund me back imiately upon I send you back.

Reply : Hi Dear, we've tested it using analyzer and get a result of -55dbc, it might differ from 60dbc because of frequency,  but not quite possible to vary that much. Do you mind showing us how you tested it?

Having looked at your products, we note that one requirement that our customers have is not fulfilled by your FM transmitters  that is the provision of SNMP monitoring.  Also, your pricing on your website seems high in comparison to Italian FM Transmitters?
