Positive Grid, makers of the acclaimed BIAS Amp and BIAS Amp Professional guitar modeling apps for Mac, Windows, and iOS, has announced BIAS FX Desktop for Mac and Windows. A guitar and effects processor, BIAS FX combines Positive Grid’s amazing Amp Match technology — which captures the tone from a real amp — with ultra-high-definition effects, dual signal chains, dual amp mode, and the ability to share and download rigs from Positive Grid’s ToneCloud.

Presets created in BIAS FX on one platform — Mac, Windows, or iOS — can be synced across other platforms for easy access; use BIAS FX Desktop in the studio, then use your iOS device to take the exact same preset onstage for live performance. BIAS FX can also integrate with BIAS Amp for deep access to amp design and configuration. Users can also download Amp Match models from BIAS Amp, making BIAS FX a truly limitless tool for tone creation.
