That can be enough to miss the moment and kill creativity. Luckily, every DAW gives you an easy solution to this problem: make templates.

Templates allow you to pre-set up and save the number of tracks, the configuration of editor windows, everything you need to get recording as soon as possible. Taking the time to set up templates now means you can save time when the moment hits, which is far more valuable.
