Ableton Live 9.2 Arrives

Ableton has released version 9.2 of Live, which includes improvements for both Live itself as well as enhancements for Ableton’s Push controller. Live 9.2 includes:

Fully latency-compensated automation
Lower latency for Sets that include Max for Live devices and third-party plug-ins
Latency-related improvements
Refined and improved audio warping engine with better transient response in Complex and Complex Pro modes
Improved downbeat detection
More accurate warping
New Warp Selection command for warping a selected portion of a sample to an exact bar length
New Tuner device
Live 9.2 now includes Max 7, the latest version of Max
64-pad mode for Push users with ability to flip to 16-pad mode for sequencing
Free “64 Pad Lab” pack for all users that also takes advantage of Push’s new 64-pad mode
Improved aftertouch implementation for Push
Addition of aftertouch response to many of Live’s core library sounds
Push touchstrip may be assigned to send modulation wheel and pitch bend messages
