Softube Releases Update to Console 1

Softube has been releasing regular updates to their hybrid hardware/software Console 1 system, and June is no exception. The lastest update for the Console 1 software adds an FFT frequency analyzer to Console 1’s EQ section. The new EQ features graphic curves that show the right and left channels simultaneously, and you also can display the frequency analysis on either the input (pre-EQ) or the output (post-EQ).

Softube also includes two new On Screen Display views: a minimal mode that shows the meter bridge only, and a super-minimal view that displays an even slimmer meter bridge.

Softube warns Cubase 8.02 users that there are currently compatibility issues with this Console 1 update but a fix will be available shortly.
