Ordering your personal, custom set of in-ears is an easy, 3-step process:

1. Using the Westone Customizer, choose the model you want, select your color and other options, and place your order.
2. Your Sweetwater Sales Engineer will contact you to confirm the order and to provide information your audiologist will need.
3. Make a quick stop at the audiologist to have impressions made of your ears. (We can recommend an audiologist if you don’t already have one.) They’ll take care of getting the impressions to Westone, who will make the molds and complete your order.
