It is available in a SOT539 package and is ideal for broadcast FM radio applications transmitting in the 88 to 108 MHz frequency range. The BLF189XRA is an extremely rugged device that can withstand a VSWR of 65:1. It is compliant to Directive 2002/95/EC, regarding Restriction of Hazar
